December 10, 2016 - 10:44

She moved to India in 2011 in the hope of reaching out to the most vulnerable children of the village of Rayagada, Odisha, but instead, after the disappearance of a healthy 5-year old boy who was not part of her children's home during a one-day field trip, she was sentenced to a year in jail and $4,300 in fines.  In an interview with Press TV just recently, Narges Kalbasi Ashtari talks about the unfair judgment she received from the local court in Rayagada.
